Here is an amazing story of LEAN28er Sarah. She is in her mid/late 30s and has been stuck for many years. She actually is in the wellness profession space but never took the time to take are of her own health!
"In the photos on the left, my biggest set back was that I wasn’t happy (shocker). I’d been a “wellness and fitness professional” for over 10 years by then, and I knew what I needed to do, but I was drinking alcohol and partying a lot, mostly cause I was looking for loveeee in all the wrong places (outside of myself!). I was not getting adequate sleep and was, as a result of both of those things, eating emotionally. Whether I was eating healthy food or not-so-healthy food, my emotions around eating were not healthy. And so therefore, I was not hydrating properly. All the water and electrolyte ingestion in the world wasn’t effective because my systems were so off. And so all the working out I was doing was also in vain. The most vicious of cycles.
In the photos on the left, taken in 2018, I hovered around 147 lbs. The photos on the right were taken today, Oct 5, 2022. I now hover around 129 lbs for the past 2 years (and I’ve kept it off since Lean28!).
Some of the key components that really pushed me to the next level were: the meditation modalities, the accountability, hydration tactics, proper exercise (and knowing when to rest), And finally, intermittent fasting coupled with eating real, whole, foods!
I can say with confidence that Tommy’s program gave me the biggest jumpstart of all and that I DO recommend his program to many of my own family, friends, and clients."
